Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and CGHM Associates LLC (“we”), which operates TallyTot. By using TallyTot you agree to them.
Not medical advice
TallyTot helps you keep records. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it is not a medical device. The percentiles, averages, guides and calculators are for information only. Fun stats such as “top 10% sleeper” are rough estimates for entertainment. Always ask your pediatrician about your baby’s health, and call your doctor or emergency services if you are worried.
Your account and content
You’re responsible for what you log and for who you invite to your family. Anyone with your family’s invite code can join and see your baby’s log. Anyone with a recap link can view that recap. Your content belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run TallyTot for you.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service. That means no attempts to access other families’ data, no automated abuse of the API, no unlawful content in shared recaps, and no reselling the service.
Paid features
Core tracking is free. If we offer paid extras, the price and what you get will be shown before you buy. Purchases through Apple or Google follow their refund rules. For purchases made directly with us, email us within 14 days for a refund.
Availability
We work hard to keep TallyTot running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $50 if that is greater.
Ending
You can stop using TallyTot and ask us to delete your data at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Trademarks
Other app names mentioned on this site belong to their owners. TallyTot is not affiliated with them, or with Spotify.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where CGHM Associates LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
