A free baby tracker that’s actually free

“Free” baby trackers often mean ads, a daily log limit, or a paywall the moment you add your partner. TallyTot is free the way you’d hope: no ads, no caps, and both parents included.

What’s free in TallyTot

• Nursing timer by side, bottles (breast milk/formula), pumping, solids
• One-tap diapers with stool colour
• Sleep timer, naps, longest stretch
• Growth with WHO percentiles, medicine, temperature, notes, milestones
• Partner sync for parents, grandparents and nannies
• The doctor-visit summary as a PDF
• Your baby’s recap, milestone templates and monthly series

How do you make money?

Not from ads and not from your data. Tracking will stay free; if we add a paid tier, it’ll be for optional extras like premium post templates.

Other free options
