Delete your TallyTot account

TallyTot (by CGHM Associates LLC) lets you delete your account and data yourself, right in the app, on iPhone, Android or the web.

In the app

1. Open TallyTot and go to the Family tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account and data.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

Can’t open the app? Email hello@tallytot.com with your family’s invite code or your baby’s name and birth date, and we’ll delete it within 30 days (usually the same day).

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, caregiver label, email if you added one) and your sign-in tokens.
• If you’re the last person in your family: your baby’s profile, every log entry, early-month estimates, invite codes, your recap link and any recap videos.
• If others are still in your family, the shared log stays for them; entries you logged stay in it.

What’s kept

• Encrypted database backups are kept for up to 30 days, then expire.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google, Stripe and RevenueCat, which they keep for tax and accounting. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete any individual entry in the app (open it in History and delete), remove your recap link from the Share tab, or email us to delete specific data.
